Shipping Fees

For all orders, we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of 5€. Free returns are provided on all orders.

Standard Post offers partial tracking. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us at friendscallmezen@gmail.com

For domestic orders (Romania) we offer free shipping and free returns.

Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain a partial tracking information.
